Sanitizing Cleaner – Surface Contact Time Study
In Progress
This research studies practical contact time behavior for a sanitizing surface cleaner. Objective: ensure the product remains wet long enough for intended action while drying without residue.
Method: Contact time was observed on tile and stainless steel at room temperature. Dry-down, odor, and residue were scored.
Conclusion: Wet time meets target on tile; too fast on stainless. Adjust humectant level and spray pattern.
